- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp milk or water
- 2 cups panko or plain breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
- Slice each chicken breast horizontally into two thinner cutlets.
- Place cutlets between sheets of parchment or plastic wrap.
- Pound the chicken to 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
- Season both sides with kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
