- 2 cups cooked chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 3 cups cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup milk or cream
- 1 cup grated cheese (parmesan or similar)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Steam or blanch broccoli until tender but still slightly crisp.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add milk or cream and stir continuously, then add grated cheese and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken to the pan, then add broccoli and cooked tortellini.
- Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve warm.
