Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 3 cups cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup milk or cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese (parmesan or similar)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Steam or blanch broccoli until tender but still slightly crisp.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add milk or cream and stir continuously, then add grated cheese and cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return the chicken to the pan, then add broccoli and cooked tortellini.
  7. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, then serve warm.
