- Spread the chia mixture onto the lined baking sheet in a thin, even layer for crispiness.
- Bake the mixture for around 40 minutes or until completely dry and crisp, adjusting as needed if the center remains soft.
- Allow the baked chia cracker to cool completely before handling.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth, then stir in honey.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cooled chia cracker and spread it evenly.
- Chill the cracker in the refrigerator or freezer until the chocolate is set completely.
- Break the cooled chia cracker into pieces and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
