- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, and grated cheddar. Mix well and add the egg, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Sprinkle in the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
- Lightly flour your hands and scoop small portions of the dough, rolling each into stick shapes. Place on the prepared baking sheet with space between each stick.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and the edges are crisp, but the inside remains soft. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
