- Fold in grated carrots, shredded coconut, chopped nuts (if using), vanilla extract, and crushed pineapple, mixing until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the surface, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before applying the frosting.
