Instructions
- Combine all roll ingredients in a bread machine according to the listed order and select the dough cycle.
- Once the dough cycle is complete, transfer the dough onto a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle measuring about 17×10 inches.
- Spread softened butter evenly over the dough. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle it over the butter, ensuring even coverage. Roll the dough tightly from the long end and pinch the edges to seal. Cut into 12 equal slices.
- To prepare the caramel sauce, melt 3/4 cup of butter in a saucepan. Whisk in the brown sugar and cook until smooth and fully dissolved. Pour the caramel mixture into a greased 9×13-inch pan and sprinkle 1/2 cup of pecans on top.
- Place the sliced rolls over the pecans and caramel in the pan. Allow them to rise until doubled in size, approximately 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the rolls for about 25 minutes, ensuring not to overbake.
- Let the rolls cool for 10-15 minutes before flipping the pan onto a serving platter. Slice, serve, and savor!
