  • 1 can refried black beans or beans of choice
  • 5 corn tortillas or flour if not gluten free

Instructions

  1. Cut the ripe avocado in half, discard the pit, and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
  2. Remove the skins and roughly chop the garlic and cilantro.
  3. Squeeze lime juice until you have 3 tablespoons, and prepare to add it to the processor.
  4. Combine avocado, sour cream, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, water, and kosher salt in the food processor.
  5. Puree the mixture until smooth and creamy, adding more water if necessary for desired consistency.
