  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1 (8-oz) package butterfinger baking bits
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed Oreo crumbs with melted butter.
  2. Press the crumb mixture into the base and sides of a springform pan and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Combine sweetened condensed milk, Butterfinger bits, and vanilla in another bowl and mix well.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the Butterfinger mixture gently until combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining heavy cream, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until thick.
  8. Spread this peanut butter cream over the ice cream layer and chill in the freezer for several hours until firm.
