- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 8 (6 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 cup thinly sliced lettuce
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup julienned or shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup prepared blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink, breaking it up while cooking.
- Once the beef is cooked through, stir in the buffalo sauce and cook for an additional minute.
- If desired, char the tortillas over a gas stove or heat in a dry pan.
- To assemble, top each tortilla with some of the beef mixture.
- Add the lettuce, celery, and carrots to each taco.
- Drizzle with blue cheese dressing, sprinkle on blue cheese crumbles, and serve.
