- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash broccoli thoroughly and dry completely.
- Cut broccoli into small bite-sized florets.
- Cook bacon until crisp, cool, then crumble.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, cheese, onion, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
- Pour dressing over ingredients and toss until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Stir gently and serve chilled.
