Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and pudding mix. Mix until smooth and thick, adding a little milk if necessary.
- Press the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined square baking dish to form the base layer.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly for 1–2 minutes.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the vanilla base and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for 3–4 hours or until fully set.
- Lift from the pan, cut into squares, and serve chilled.
