- 2 cups milk of choice
- 1 cup greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese
- 4 scoops vanilla or peanut butter protein powder
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
- ½ to 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups blueberries, 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, 1 tablespoon of water, and a pinch of salt.
- Cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until the berries break down and the mixture becomes thick and jammy, stirring occasionally.
- Allow the blueberry swirl to cool completely before layering it with the oats mixture.

You can use store-bought blueberry jam instead of making the swirl.
