Instructions

  1. Wash fresh blueberries or thaw and drain frozen ones.
  2. Cook blueberries in a saucepan over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until soft, then mash into a thick mixture and let cool.
  3. In another saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat.
  4. Stir continuously until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Fold in the blueberry mixture and stir until evenly combined.
  7. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
  9. Remove from the pan and cut into small squares before serving.
