- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen, thawed and drained)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Wash fresh blueberries or thaw and drain frozen ones.
- Cook blueberries in a saucepan over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until soft, then mash into a thick mixture and let cool.
- In another saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat.
- Stir continuously until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Fold in the blueberry mixture and stir until evenly combined.
- Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
- Remove from the pan and cut into small squares before serving.
