Ingredients

- 1/4 cup date paste or 1 tablespoon honey/maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 11 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Blend kefir, frozen raspberries, frozen blueberries, date paste, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Stir in chia seeds vigorously.
- Let the mixture sit for 20 minutes, then stir again.
- Divide the mixture into 6 small glasses or jars, filling each 3/4 cup.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.
