- 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese mix

Instructions
- Prepare the cilantro lime sauce by blending ¾ cup cilantro, ¾ cup sour cream, 1 lime juiced, 1 minced garlic clove, ½ teaspoon ground cumin, and ½ teaspoon salt in a blender until smooth.
- Cover the sauce and refrigerate until it's time to serve.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Add chopped onion, tomato paste, minced garlic, salsa, water, and taco seasoning. Stir and let simmer until everything is heated through.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the beef mixture on the tortillas, adding the cheese, and drizzling with cilantro lime sauce.
