Instructions

- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth but a bit textured.
- Mix in the melted butter, followed by granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, stirring gently, then add the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture carefully to avoid overmixing.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
