This Baked Ranch Pork Tenderloin and Gravy is a mouthwatering dish that combines tender pork with flavorful ranch dressing and rich gravy. Perfect for a quick dinner or meal prepping, this dish is easy to prepare and guaranteed to satisfy your taste buds!

  • Total Time: 55 minutes
  • Yield: 6 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp pepper, fresh cracked
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 oz ranch dressing mix packet
  • 4 oz butter
  • 1 lemon juice
  • ¼ cup cilantro or parsley, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. If using a grill, turn the gas grill to high or prepare charcoal until heated to 375°F.
  2. Season the pork tenderloin generously with salt and pepper, unless it is pre-brined.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large, heavy pan until shimmering.
  4. Brown the pork tenderloin on all sides, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. While the pork is browning, prepare the gravy by mixing melted butter, ranch dressing mix, and the juice of one lemon. Stir until smooth.
  6. Lay a sheet of foil on a baking sheet and place the pork tenderloin inside.
  7. Pour the ranch dressing gravy over the pork tenderloin and seal the foil pouch.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, checking the pork's internal temperature around 25 minutes using a digital meat thermometer.
  9. Once the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F, remove it from the oven with the foil pouch intact.
  10. Let it rest for at least 10 minutes to allow the temperature to carryover to the recommended 150°F for pork.
  11. Garnish with cilantro, parsley, or green onions, then slice and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for meal prep.
