- 3 boneless chicken breasts, sliced in half lengthwise to make 6
- 1 cup caesar dressing
- 1 bag caesar croutons
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and lightly grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and place them in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Slice or pound chicken thin if they are very thick.
- Spread the Caesar dressing evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the Caesar dressing.
- Crush the croutons into smaller pieces and toss them with the melted butter.
- Sprinkle the buttery croutons evenly over the chicken.
- Bake covered for 20 minutes and uncovered for 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165℉ in the thickest part.
- Allow the chicken to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
