- 1 can refried pinto beans 16oz/398ml can
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package cream cheese softened, 8oz/250g package
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced tomatoes seeds removed
- ½ cup salsa
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- 2 green onions sliced
Instructions
- Stir the chili powder into the refried beans in a small bowl.
- Spread the refried bean mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish or shallow serving bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the sour cream and softened cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer.
- Gently spread the cream mixture over the bean layer.
- Spoon and carefully spread the guacamole over the creamy layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly on top.
- Top with salsa, diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
