- 5 kiwis, peeled and diced
- 3/4 cup pomegranate arils
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 large lemon (for zest and juice)
- 1 large orange (for zest and juice)
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- Chopped fresh mint (optional)
Instructions
- Zest the lemon and orange, then juice them to collect about 2 tablespoons from each.
- In a jar, combine honey, citrus zests, juices, and poppy seeds. Shake well.
- In a large bowl, mix clementines, pears, apples, and kiwis evenly.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
- Sprinkle pomegranate arils on top and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
