Instructions
- Beat the cream in a small bowl with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, avoiding over mixing to prevent butter formation.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and melted white chocolate using the same beaters. Stir in Greek yogurt until well combined, then fold in mashed raspberries.
- Gently fold in all but one tablespoon of the whipped cream to maintain the mousse's light texture. Spoon the mousse into two serving glasses or chill for up to eight hours.
- Top with the reserved whipped cream and garnish with additional raspberries if desired.
