Instructions

- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixer.
- Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
- Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Slowly blend dry ingredients with wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in oats, cranberries, pecans, and white chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
- Cool cookies on a rack before storing.
