White Chocolate Crockpot Candy is an easy and mouthwatering treat made with almond bark, white chocolate chips, and crunchy pretzels, perfect for gatherings or sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces almond bark roughly chopped
  • 18 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces white baking chocolate (2 4-ounce bars)
  • 5 ounces pastel plain m&m’s
  • 3½ cups salted dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 cups mini pretzel twists broken into pieces
  • pastel nonpareils sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Pour the peanuts into the bottom of the crockpot insert and spread evenly.
  2. Add the almond bark and white chocolate chips to the crockpot. Break the baking chocolate bars into pieces and add them as well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes, then stir well.
  4. Cook for another 30 minutes, adding the broken pretzel pieces and stir well again.
  5. Cover and let cook for another 10 minutes. Stir after removing the lid.
  6. Scoop the candy mixture onto parchment paper or baking sheets with parchment paper using a cooking scoop or heaping tablespoon, leaving space in between.
  7. After every 20 candies, pause to sprinkle with pastel nonpareils and place 3 pastel M&M’s on top. Repeat until the candy mixture is finished.
  8. Allow to rest for 2 hours or until completely dried. Enjoy!
