Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Heat over medium-high until the mixture simmers.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Transfer to an air-tight container and refrigerate.
