Ingredients

  • 48 small pretzels
  • 12 soft caramels
  • 1 cup pink candy melts
  • 1 cup white candy melts
  • 1 cup purple candy melts
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable shortening
  • Valentine’s sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unwrap and cut caramels in half; arrange 24 pretzels on the baking sheet.
  • Place half a caramel on each pretzel.
  • Bake for about 5 minutes until caramels soften; press remaining pretzels on top.
  • Melt purple candy melts with vegetable shortening in intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip 2/3 of each assembled pretzel into melted purple chocolate; repeat with white and pink melts.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over pretzels and sprinkle with Valentine’s sprinkles.
  • Let chocolate cool completely and transfer to an airtight container.
