- 48 small pretzels
- 12 soft caramels
- 1 cup pink candy melts
- 1 cup white candy melts
- 1 cup purple candy melts
- 1 Tbsp vegetable shortening
- Valentine’s sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unwrap and cut caramels in half; arrange 24 pretzels on the baking sheet.
- Place half a caramel on each pretzel.
- Bake for about 5 minutes until caramels soften; press remaining pretzels on top.
- Melt purple candy melts with vegetable shortening in intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip 2/3 of each assembled pretzel into melted purple chocolate; repeat with white and pink melts.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over pretzels and sprinkle with Valentine’s sprinkles.
- Let chocolate cool completely and transfer to an airtight container.
