  • 6 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup red, white, and pink chocolate-covered candies
  • 1.2 ounces (about 1 1/2 cups) freeze-dried strawberries

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Stir in vanilla extract once melted.
  • Pour rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add melted chocolate mixture and stir until cereal is evenly coated.
  • Transfer to a gallon-sized Ziploc bag and add powdered sugar.
  • Seal and shake the bag to coat the cereal with powdered sugar.
  • Spread coated cereal on a lined baking sheet to cool.
  • Garnish with chocolate-covered candies and freeze-dried strawberries.
