  • Whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then add to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Fold in the M&M's and chopped Oreos gently.
  • Scoop dough into 10 portions and place on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  • Bake for 13 minutes; cookies may look slightly underdone but will continue to bake off heat.
  • Use a cookie cutter to shape cookies into perfect rounds right after baking.
  • Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
