- 2/3 cup Valentine's Day M&M's
- 7 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
- Whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then add to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the M&M's and chopped Oreos gently.
- Scoop dough into 10 portions and place on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 13 minutes; cookies may look slightly underdone but will continue to bake off heat.
- Use a cookie cutter to shape cookies into perfect rounds right after baking.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
