- 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate bar, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cream softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract; mix until light and airy.
- Gently mix in flour and salt until just combined.
- Fold in chopped chocolate and M&M’s.
- Spread mixture in prepared pan and top with extra M&M’s.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes until golden brown around edges.
- Cool completely before slicing into squares.
