- 2 cups Water (divided)
- 2 drops Sugar Cookie Flavoring
- 1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Gel Food Colors: Red and Pink
- 6 Glass Cups (or individual serving cups)
Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin in warm water for 5 minutes.
- Dissolve the gelatin with boiling water and separate for coloring.
- Create the red layer and set glasses at an angle to chill for 45 minutes.
- Mix in sweetened condensed milk and fill glasses with the white layer.
- Chill again for 2 hours, then fill with pink gelatin.
- Top with whipped cream and garnishes before serving.
