Ingredients

  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 24 drops red food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, divided
  • Valentine’s Day sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt 1 ½ cups of white chocolate chips, half of the sweetened condensed milk, and half of the salt in the microwave in 30-second increments until smooth.
  • Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and red food coloring.
  • Pour and spread the mixture in the prepared pan and let set for 30 minutes.
  • Melt the remaining white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt without food coloring.
  • Pour the second layer over the first and add sprinkles on top, pressing them in gently.
  • Let it set for 2 hours, then cut into squares.
