- 3 cups white chocolate chips, divided
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt, divided
- 2–4 drops red food coloring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, divided

Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt 1 ½ cups of white chocolate chips, half of the sweetened condensed milk, and half of the salt in the microwave in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and red food coloring.
- Pour and spread the mixture in the prepared pan and let set for 30 minutes.
- Melt the remaining white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt without food coloring.
- Pour the second layer over the first and add sprinkles on top, pressing them in gently.
- Let it set for 2 hours, then cut into squares.
