Instructions

- In a separate bowl, whisk flour and baking powder together.
- Dissolve baking soda in hot water in another bowl.
- Gradually combine the brown sugar mixture with dry ingredients, alternating with milk.
- Scoop out 1/3 of the dough and fold it while avoiding excess flour.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into desired shapes.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until slightly golden.
- Combine cream cheese, softened butter, and vanilla for frosting.
- Add powdered sugar to achieve desired frosting thickness.
- Decorate cookies creatively with frosting and sprinkles.
