- 3 tbsp sugar
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¾ tsp pure vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbsp Hershey's Dark cocoa powder
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream (for ganache)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (for whipped cream)
- ¼ cup Hershey's cocoa powder
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 large piping bag with a star tip
- 1 cup Valentine’s Day heart confetti sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter and sugar.
- Form the crust in cupcake liners and press firmly.
- Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add remaining filling ingredients.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just incorporated.
- Fill cupcake holders and bake for 17-21 minutes.
- Cool cheesecakes, then prepare the ganache by heating cream and mixing with chocolate.
- Top cheesecakes with ganache and chill.
- Whip cream with cocoa and powdered sugar, then pipe on cheesecakes.
- Garnish with sprinkles.
