  • ⅛ tsp kosher salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp Hershey's Dark cocoa powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream (for ganache)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (for whipped cream)
  • ¼ cup Hershey's cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large piping bag with a star tip
  • 1 cup Valentine’s Day heart confetti sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter and sugar.
  • Form the crust in cupcake liners and press firmly.
  • Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add remaining filling ingredients.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just incorporated.
  • Fill cupcake holders and bake for 17-21 minutes.
  • Cool cheesecakes, then prepare the ganache by heating cream and mixing with chocolate.
  • Top cheesecakes with ganache and chill.
  • Whip cream with cocoa and powdered sugar, then pipe on cheesecakes.
  • Garnish with sprinkles.
