- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- Store-bought turkey gravy (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the onion and celery until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, and seasonings.
- Add the sautéed vegetables to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serve warm.
