- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cold water
- Salt, to taste

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Strain turkey drippings through a fine mesh strainer.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Whisk together flour and cold water, then add to melted butter.
- Cook the roux until lightly golden brown.
- Combine turkey drippings and broth to total 3 cups, slowly whisk into roux.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for about one minute, adjusting seasoning.
