- 2 cups pecans, walnuts, peanuts or desired nuts
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup pretzel sticks, lightly crushed
- ½ cup raisins
- flakey sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Pour 2 cups of peanuts into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add semi-sweet chocolate and creamy peanut butter on top of the peanuts.
- Layer dark and semi-sweet chocolate chips over the mixture. Do not stir yet!
- Cover the crockpot and cook on LOW for about 60 minutes until the chocolate is fully melted.
- Gently stir until smooth and glossy.
- Fold in the crushed pretzels and raisins, stirring just until coated without overmixing to maintain crunch.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper and sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
- Let the candy set at room temperature for about 1 hour or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
