  • 1 1/2 cups Chopped Toblerone pieces
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream (for ganache)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a springform pan with nonstick spray.
  • Blend graham crackers and mix with sugar and melted butter to form the crust.
  • Press crust mixture into the bottom and sides of the pan, then bake for 10 minutes and cool.
  • Chop Toblerone into small pieces and set aside.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla.
  • Incorporate eggs one at a time, then fold in chopped Toblerone pieces.
  • Pour batter over cool crust, using a water bath to bake for 60-75 minutes.
  • Gradually cool the cheesecake in the oven for 30 minutes, then refrigerate overnight.
  • Prepare ganache by heating heavy cream and mixing it with chocolate chips until smooth.
  • Remove cheesecake, pour ganache on top, and chill for 10 minutes before serving.
