Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and onion soup mix, mixing well.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the cookie sheet.
- Bake for 18-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until browned and cooked through.
- In a skillet, heat chili sauce and jelly over medium-low heat until combined.
- Toss baked meatballs in the sauce and serve immediately.
