- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine ground beef and pork in a large mixing bowl.
- Add parsley, kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the meat and mix.
- Incorporate the beaten egg, mixing gently.
- In a separate bowl, combine milk, breadcrumbs, and diced onion; let it sit.
- Combine both mixtures without overworking.
- Press the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 60-65 minutes until the internal temperature is 160°F.
- Prepare the gravy by melting butter, adding flour, then beef broth and sour cream.
