  • 2 1/2 cups salted pretzels (measured before crushing)
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed in refrigerator)

Instructions

  • Dissolve the Jell-O mix in boiling water and cool to room temperature.
  • Crush the pretzels, mix with melted butter and sugar, then bake for 10 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese with granulated sugar until fluffy, then fold in Cool Whip.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel base.
  • Layer sliced strawberries on top, pour cooled Jell-O over them, and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
