- 1 large egg
- ½ cup pink or white sanding sugar or non-pareils
- 18 Hershey’s Strawberry Ice Cream Cone Kisses
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Funfetti Sugar Cookie Mix, cream cheese, and egg until a smooth dough forms.
- Pour sanding sugar or non-pareils into a shallow bowl.
- Scoop dough balls and roll them in the sugar until fully coated.
- Place on baking sheet, spacing them 1½ inches apart.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes until edges are set.
- Press a Strawberry Kiss into each cookie while warm.
- Cool cookies on a rack completely.
