Instructions
- Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix strawberry extract and red food coloring in a small bowl.
- In a saucepan, heat butter, half and half, heavy cream, and clear vanilla until melted.
- Gradually add granulated sugar, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- Melt white baking chips in the mixture and stir until smooth.
- Mix in marshmallow fluff until fully combined.
- Pour three-quarters of the fudge into the baking dish.
- Add red coloring and extract to the reserved mixture and swirl it into the base.
- Let sit at room temperature, then refrigerate until set.
- Lift and cut into pieces for serving.
