Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon red food color gel
  • ¾ cup salted sweet cream butter
  • ½ cup half and half
  • â…“ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon clear vanilla flavoring
  • 3 cups + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1¾ cups good quality white baking chips
  • 7 ounces of marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  • Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Mix strawberry extract and red food coloring in a small bowl.
  • In a saucepan, heat butter, half and half, heavy cream, and clear vanilla until melted.
  • Gradually add granulated sugar, stirring until smooth and glossy.
  • Melt white baking chips in the mixture and stir until smooth.
  • Mix in marshmallow fluff until fully combined.
  • Pour three-quarters of the fudge into the baking dish.
  • Add red coloring and extract to the reserved mixture and swirl it into the base.
  • Let sit at room temperature, then refrigerate until set.
  • Lift and cut into pieces for serving.
