- 1/8 cup strawberries (pureed, about 3 large strawberries)
- 2–3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
Instructions
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl.
- Blend melted butter, almond milk, yogurt, egg, vanilla, and almond extract in another bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fill a greased mini muffin tin with batter.
- Bake at 350°F for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Puree strawberries and mix with cream and confectioners' sugar to create glaze.
- Coat donut holes in the glaze and let set.
