Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare the crust by pre-baking if necessary.
- Mix strawberries, blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon zest in a bowl and let sit.
- Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, and salt for the crumb topping, then mix in melted butter.
- Pour the berry mixture into the crust and top with the crumb mixture.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Allow to cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
