- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup half and half
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or sugar
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water and steep 2 chai tea bags, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup for 10 minutes.
- Adjust the sweetness to taste.
- For iced version: pour chai concentrate over ice, add milk, and sweet cream cold foam if desired.
- For hot version: froth milk and combine it with chai concentrate, garnishing with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Optional: blend ingredients for sweet cream cold foam.
