Instructions
- Pour lukewarm water into the stand mixer and add salt.
- Mix in flour and yeast gradually until cohesive.
- Add olive oil and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Transfer dough to a floured surface, cover, and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide into two pieces and shape into balls.
- Cover and let rise at room temperature for about 2 hours.
- Shape dough into a round circle for pizza.
- Top with favorite ingredients and bake at 230℃ (450℉) for about 8 minutes.
