  • 2 sheets puff pastry dough, thawed according to package instructions
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix thawed spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, cream cheese, sour cream, salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl, then fold in Parmesan and mozzarella.
