- 2 heads garlic, roasted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking dish.
- Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Fold in spinach and artichoke hearts.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, black pepper, and roasted garlic.
- Transfer dip to the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Serve warm with chips, baguette slices, or veggies.
