Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and pinch the edges.
- Sauté diced onion in melted butter until golden brown; add minced garlic and cook until translucent.
- Add chopped spinach to the onion mixture and cook until wilted; let cool slightly.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper; fold in feta and cheddar.
- Combine the spinach mixture with the egg mixture and pour into the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set; let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
