- ½ ounce lime juice (about half a shot)
- 1 shot vodka
- 1–3 scoops raspberry sherbet (lime sherbet works too)
- Champagne (to top off)
- Fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Muddle fresh or frozen raspberries with lime juice and vodka in a short glass.
- Add one to three scoops of raspberry or lime sherbet on top.
- Slowly pour champagne over the sherbet to create a float effect.
- Garnish with extra raspberries and mint before serving.
