- 150 grams sourdough starter
Instructions
- Combine flour and water in a bowl and let rest for 45 minutes.
- Add salt and sourdough starter, mix well, and rest for another 30 minutes.
- Perform stretch and fold technique for a total of four times, resting for 30 minutes each time.
- Allow dough to proof at room temperature for about 12 hours until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 425℉ and shape the dough.
- Let shaped dough rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Create slashes on top of each loaf, bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely before slicing.
